Hi, I’m Emilee!

Yoga for real life - and all the messy, beautiful moments that come with it.

I’m a yoga teacher and movement enthusiast based in Shoreline, Washington, serving the greater Seattle area. I believe that yoga should meet you where you are - not the other way around.

My relationship with movement has never been about doing everything perfectly. It’s about finding ways to feel strong, grounded, capable, and connected in the body I have today. Some days that looks like a challenging flow. Some days it’s stretching on the couch, taking a walk, or simply taking a few intentional breaths.

That’s what I love most about yoga: it can be whatever you need it to be.

Why I teach

I teach because I want yoga to feel welcoming, not intimidating.

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to know the Sanskrit names of every pose. You don’t need to look like a “yogi.” And you definitely don’t need to have it all figured out.

My classes are designed to be approachable, adaptable, and rooted in the idea that yoga is for every body. I love helping people discover movement that feels good, build a little strength and confidence, and leave the mat feeling more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

Beyond the mat

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking, practicing yoga, at a farmers market, or spending time with my family.

I’m also a mom, which has taught me perhaps the most important lesson of all: real life rarely goes according to plan. I believe our movement practice should have room for that, too.

There’s no perfect practice. There’s just showing up, meeting yourself where you are, and finding a little more ease along the way.

Come as you are. There’s room for you here.
